Let’s go, summer! Iced Coffee with Strawberries.
Even though the summer has only just begun, the Iced Coffee season is in full swing. And the strawberries are here for the party, too! So let’s shake this summer up!

To be honest, this recipie devided our coffee-loving team a little. None of us coffee freaks could really imagine that coffee with strawberries would be so yummy. But some were open-minded enough and what can I say? It is delicious. And very tasty. Try it for yourself.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts of chilled Mount-Hagen coffee (we went with the Arabica but Instant does the trick just as much)
- 2 parts milk or milk substitute
- 1 part cream (vegan works too)
- 1 part strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Vanilla sugar to taste
Preparation:
Coffee: Prepare either strong filter coffee or, if you like it even stronger, espresso. Allow to cool well, then freeze for 30 minutes.
Quickly mix the milk, cream, vanilla sugar and strawberries until the strawberries are crushed (frozen fruits make it even more “icey”).
Pour the strawberry milk into a tall glass and immediately pour in the iced coffee. If you like, add ice cubes – but be careful, the whole thing will water down quite quickly.
