There is one thing, that you will certainly need for these little „bombs “: A whole lot of inconsistency to put aside all the new year resolutions. But it’s worth it. Don’t wait any longer…
20g dark chocolate (vegan) • 25ml canola oil • 75ml oat milk • 50g fine cane sugar • 50g white flour • 10g cocoa powder • coconut flakes (to taste) • pinch of salt
• Preheat oven to 400°F
• Let the chocolate melt in a water bath and put aside. Stir oil and oat milk by hand. Use a second bowl to mix flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together.
• Add the melted chocolate to the oil-milk and whisk well. After that, add the flour-mixture and stir until smooth.
• Fill in a muffin tray (greased and dusted with cocoa powder).
• Bake for 8 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes, tip onto a plate, add coconut flakes (if you wish) and:
