Becoming more environmentally friendly does not necessarily mean that you must devote much effort. And that has been proven by a great product idea that we recently tried: Oat milk powder in a bag. A start-up from Berlin called Bluefarm came up with this neat idea.

Organic, less sugar, and a
90% reduction of waste.

Bluefarm sells the so-called Oat Base (online), from which you can make up to 2 gallons of oat milk. Just fill it up with water, shake, done.

“Thanks to our production process, our oat drinks contain 3 times less sugar and due to the low mass and volume we reduce up to 90% of waste and the unnecessary emissions from transportation.“

What we of course love most about it: Since July the product is also available in organic quality.

Naturally, oat milk tastes different than cow milk. But we quite like the grainy taste in our coffees. If there was anything that one could criticize about the Bluefarm oat milk, that would be the milk foam. It does not turn out well. But try for yourself.
