No matter if it’s a work marathon, a hike up the mountain, the first bike tour of the year – or anything else that takes up all of your energy: The best recipe for gaining new power are these delicious, and very healthy espresso energy balls. Prepared in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup dates
  • 1EL raw cocoa
  • 1EL cashew butter
  • 1 cup espresso

How it’s done:

Brew the espresso, add finely chopped dates and nuts. Mix. Add the remaining ingredients until you get a thick mixture. Moisten your hands and form mixture into equally sized balls. Roll them in ground coffee, cocoa, or coconut flakes. Done.
