All the refining and roasting in the world will never turn a bad bean good. This is why our coffee is grown in small coffee gardens under shade trees such as the casuarina, banana or eucalyptus. They don’t need any chemicals like pesticides or herbicides. So they’re 100% organic. And fair-trade, too – naturally. After all, even the most sublime coffee wouldn’t taste good to us otherwise.
